Description
Pazo Torrado Albarino has an attractive lemon yellow color with flashes of green,clean and bright. On the nose, there are fruity (predominantly green apple and peach) citrus and floral aromas, with a medium to high intensity. This wine is fresh, lively and fragrant. On the palate, the wine is smooth with acidity perfectly integrated with alcohol. On the persistent finish, the wine again shows green apples and other fruits with some lingering minerality.
Pazo Torrado is a 100% Albarino wine made by the traditional way of the “Val do Salnes”. ‘Pazo’ is a name for a manor house in Galician. Pazo Torrado is located in the village of Cambados and it was constructed in the second half of the 18th century. Converted into the Galician Museum of the Wine Routes, it still maintains the original structure and the beautiful gardens.
